Policy / Strategy

The Department of Water Resources focuses on the efficient, equitable, and sustainable management, conservation, restoration, development, and resolution of water resource problems under the following principles: Principles of Good Governance With an emphasis on the participation of local government organizations, community groups, private sector networks, and all sectors of society, in order to improve the quality of life for the people.

strategic (Strategic)

– Develop mechanisms and tools for integrated water resource management through the participation of all sectors.

- To conserve, restore, and develop water resources and wetlands to provide water resources and improve the efficiency of water storage and drainage, as well as maintain the balance of the ecosystem.

- Develop, install, and enhance natural disaster monitoring and warning systems, as well as climate change adaptation solutions.
