Mission
1. Promote and support the establishment of water management organizations at the river basin and local levels through the participation of stakeholders.
2. Develop, enhance capabilities, and disseminate information about water resource management to stakeholders.
3. Develop an action plan for management, including conducting surveys, designing, and developing the conservation, restoration, utilization, and problem-solving of the watershed.
4. Develop a database system and establish a central network for information on water management at the river basin level.
5. Promote, support, and provide technical, academic, standard, and regulatory advice on water management to government agencies and local administrative organizations.
6. Serve as the secretariat for the committees and subcommittees on water resources in the assigned area.
7. Collaborate with or support the operations of other relevant or assigned agencies.
