Responsibilities
1) Survey the topography, water sources, and reserves of construction materials.
2) Analyze the feasibility and plan water resource development projects.
3) Provide technical support for material analysis and testing, soil drilling and exploration, and the exploration and development of surface water sources for water resource development and management in the responsible area.
4) Performing design and calculation work for engineering and architectural projects, water resource development, water distribution systems, and other civil engineering works; contracting for surveys, design, quantity surveys, and cost estimation of construction projects; and specifying materials and equipment details.
5) Collaborate with or support the operations of other relevant or assigned agencies.
